Mita Lash Artistry was built on the belief that beautiful lashes should make life easier, not more complicated.
What began as a passion for creating customized lash extensions has grown into something much bigger. I wanted to create more than beautiful results; I wanted to create an experience where every client feels cared for, understood, and confident long after they leave my studio.
Every set is thoughtfully designed around your natural features, lifestyle, and personal preferences because I believe lashes should feel like an effortless part of your everyday routine. Appointment Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Rescheduling: You are welcome to reschedule your appointment at any time, including the same day, whenever possible.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 3 hours’ notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any communication, you will no longer be eligible to book future appointments with MITA Lash Artistry.
Refund Policy
All services are final. Once lash extensions have been applied, refunds cannot be issued.
If you experience an allergic reaction, please contact us within 48 hours. A complimentary lash removal will be provided.
Guests & Children
To provide a relaxing environment and ensure everyone’s safety, please attend your appointment alone whenever possible.
Children and additional guests are not permitted unless previously approved.
Health & Safety
Please arrive with clean lashes free of mascara, strip lash adhesive, or heavy eye makeup.
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, have a contagious eye condition, or have recently undergone eye surgery, please contact us before your appointment to reschedule.
Lash Fills
Lash fills are intended for existing clients who have retained approximately 40–50% of their extensions.
Appointments with less retention may require additional time or be converted to a full set.
Foreign Fills
For quality and consistency, fills performed over another artist’s work are accepted on a case by case basis. In some situations, a removal and new full set may be recommended.
Payment
MITA Lash Artistry accepts major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved digital payment methods.
Results Disclaimer
Every lash set is fully customized based on your natural lashes, eye shape, and desired look. Individual results and retention vary depending on natural lash growth, aftercare, lifestyle, and at home maintenance.

Will Lash Extensions Damage My Natural Lashes?
No. When applied correctly and cared for properly, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. Every set at MITA is customized to protect the health of your natural lashes.
How Long Do Eyelash Extensions Last?
With proper care, your lash extensions can last 2-3 weeks before a fill is recommended. Natural shedding is completely normal & part of the lash growth cycle.
What Can I Expect From The Products You Use?
We carefully select professional grade products from trusted brands that meet our standards for safety, comfort, retention and the health of your natural lashes. Every product used at MITA is chosen with quality in mind.
Can I Customize My Look?
Definitely! Whether you love a soft, natural look or something more bold. We work with you to create a look that aligns with your lifestyle and preferences.
How Can I Make My Lash Extensions Last Longer?
Keep your lashes clean, brush them daily, avoid oil based products around the eyes and be mindful of how you sleep. We're also creating the MITA Lash Sleep Mask, designed to help protect your lashes from overnight pressure and distortion. Coming Soon.
How Should I Prepare for My Appointment?
